At Rogue Racing Designs, we strive to ensure your custom orders are delivered safely and promptly. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions for shipping within the United States. Please review this policy carefully, as it governs how we handle shipping and delivery of your orders.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently ship orders exclusively within the United States. As we expand, international shipping options will become available, and this policy will be updated accordingly.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with the following trusted carriers to deliver your orders:
- FedEx
- USPS (United States Postal Service)
- UPS (United Parcel Service)
You may choose your preferred carrier during checkout, subject to availability for your location.
Order Processing Times
All orders are custom-made to your specifications. Please allow the following timeframes for order preparation:
- Production Time: 1-3 weeks (may vary depending on complexity).
- Shipping Time: Depends on your selected shipping method and carrier. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Shipping carrier and service level selected.
- Weight and dimensions of your order.
- Delivery destination.
Delivery Times
The estimated delivery times vary by carrier and shipping option:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after shipment.
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days after shipment.
Please note that these are estimates and may be affected by external factors such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier’s website.
Shipping Address
Ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Rogue Racing Designs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at Contactus@rogueracingdesigns.com.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
We take care to package your items securely, but if your shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please follow these steps:

Damaged Shipments:
- Report the issue within 5 business days of delivery by contacting us at Contactus@rogueracingdesigns.com.
- Include photos of the damaged package and items.
- We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Lost Shipments:
- If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly to investigate.
- If the issue is unresolved, contact us, and we will work with you to address the problem.
Restrictions
- We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Orders are shipped only within the United States at this time.
Future International Shipping
As we expand our operations, international shipping will be introduced. Once available, this Shipping Policy will be updated to include shipping terms for global destinations.
