Due to the custom nature of our products, we have a strict refund and return policy in place to ensure fairness and clarity for both our customers and our business.

No Refunds

All sales are final and non-refundable. As each product is made to order and customized to your preferences, we are unable to accept requests for refunds under any circumstances.

No Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase to ensure all details, such as specifications, materials, and design preferences, are correct.

Defective or Manufacturing Issues

If you believe there is a manufacturing defect with your product, please follow the steps below:

  1. Eligibility:

    • Only defects or manufacturing issues reported within 14 calendar days of receiving the product are eligible for replacement.
    • Damage caused by improper use, installation, or modifications made after delivery is not covered.

  2. Required Documentation:

    • Submit your request to Contactus@rogueracingdesigns.com within the 14-day period.
    • Provide the following:
      • Proof of purchase (order number).
      • Clear photographs of the issue, including close-up and full-product views.

  3. Resolution:

    • Upon verifying the defect, we will replace the defective item with a new one at no additional cost.
    • We reserve the right to deny a replacement request if the issue is determined to be unrelated to manufacturing.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning a defective product unless otherwise specified by Rogue Racing Designs. Replacement products will be shipped at no additional cost.
